11 Months!

We celebrated Charlotte's 11 month "birthday" by going to lunch at Central Market with Daddy. Bless the folks at Central Market for handing out balloons. They rig to the stroller and provide a good bit of entertainment! Major loves that we bring the balloon home for him to try to bite!

This is from last week at the UT-Baylor basketball game. I think we're smiling because UT was actually playing decently at this point. Then the bottom fell out!

Our little girl is truly looking like a little girl, not a baby anymore! We had a fabulous month! Charlotte is in a classroom with kids that are a little older & she is blossoming. Wilson and I are thrilled & so grateful for the loving staff at Trinity Lutheran Church.

This week she learned to give a High 5! And peek a boo is a fun new game:

Charlotte uses bibs, napkins, blankets, etc. for peek-a-boo. Wilson was ironing some of his dress shirts last week & the shirt sleeve became a peek-a-boo item!

She is a super fast crawler & loves trying to get Major. The two of them are quite a pair....they move too quickly to get a good photo, I'll keep trying. Charlotte pulls up to stand on anything -- fireplace, bathtub, bed, etc. She's not attempting to cruise furniture yet.

One year will be here before we know it!

  1. Happy 11 months Char! I am sad that the bears wouldn't wake up for you in Waco. That is a great exhibit. But, Charlotte looks really cute in her cheerleaders outfit, so the whole day wasn't a waste. You're right, she is looking like a little girl now. Wow. We are thrilled for you that Charlotte is in a group of kids that is good for her. High five C for me!
