The older kids line up & go out to the ice cream truck to make their selections. The little pip squeaks get their ice cream brought to them. The teacher chose a crayola colored popsicle for everyone. I stayed to snap a few pictures & watch Charlotte enjoy her popsicle & interact with her friends.

Little Miss took her sweet time with her popsicle, thoroughly enjoying every last bit. It was so fun to watch her with others. We are so thankful for the caring staff at Trinity Lutheran. These kiddos are super spoiled!

Charlotte also wore pigtails for the first time last Friday. The single top knot is definitely easier, but we'll mix in the pigtails every once in awhile to change things up. She's wearing her ice cream themed shirt in honor of Ice Cream Truck Friday at school!
We survived our first week with glasses & it went incredibly well. This week has been more challenging. She is back to fighting the patching. We can't wait until she is old enough to tell us what is wrong -- does it hurt? does it itch? is she just tired & expresses that by pulling off the patch?
We started our third semester of TCU music. She had a blast! She walked around the room to the beat, flapping her arms and shaking her egg shakers. She has grown and changed so much since we started the program at 4 months of age!
LOVE the pigtails!
ReplyDeleteSo cute! It is such a pleasure to watch her grow and get cuter everyday :)
